We started Kataraxtis Solutions to cut through the frustration and deliver software that actually works for real people and real businesses. That same straight-talking approach guides how we run our company every day.
We believe in fair treatment and hiring the best person for the job. Full stop. No complicated checkboxes or trends — just matching skills, experience, drive, and fit to the work that needs doing. When you build high-compliance systems that help non-profits connect with donors or healthcare organizations manage patient information securely, you can’t afford anything less than top talent focused on results.
Fair Treatment and Human Rights
We are committed to fair treatment of people and full compliance with all applicable Canadian and Ontario laws, including the Ontario Human Rights Code, Canadian Human Rights Act, and Employment Standards Act. We hire and work with people based on merit — skills, experience, and ability to do the job well. We maintain a respectful workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
Key Labor and Rights Commitments
- We do not engage in or support child labor or forced labor.
- We provide safe working conditions for ourselves and any future team members.
- We respect freedom of association and fair employment practices.
Supply Chain and Operations
As a small consulting and software implementation company, our “supply chain” is very limited (primarily software licenses from major providers like Microsoft and freelance/contract support when needed). We choose reputable partners and expect them to operate ethically. We do not have complex multi-tier supply chains.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
We review our practices regularly (as a startup this is ongoing) and are committed to continuous improvement. Documentation related to our operations is retained as required by law.
It’s simple: Treat people right, hire the best, deliver solid work. That’s how we’ve helped charities rediscover their donors and logistics teams slash delays — and it’s how we’ll keep doing it.
If you’re evaluating partners for a government, non-profit, or regulated project and need more details on our policies, just say the word. We’re happy to provide whatever documentation makes sense.
